As superintendent, it is an honor to serve this excellent school system and the citizens of our community.  Berrien County schools work diligently to provide a quality education for all students.  Our success is measured in the fact of having attained AYP status for the past three years.  Being one of a very small group of school systems to have earned this honor, the administration, faculty and staff of Berrien County Schools dedicate themselves to excellence in education.

It goes without saying, but we are not content to rest on our laurels.  Striving for excellence underscores the day-to-day delivery of instruction.  "Good enough is not good enough if you wish to be great!"  We are proud of our accomplishments, but we continue to provide our students with opportunities to enhance their educational foundation.  With this goal in mind, we are confident the children of Berrien County will grow in mind and spirit as they prepare for life in the 21^st century.
